You never have to worry about scraping your nonstick loaf pans (might just be me, but no matter how much butter I put inside my loaf pans, my quick breads always stick). These are well built, sturdy, and disposable.

Not a good trade-off

Pros - DisposableCons - I baked a pound cake fruitcake and the batter caused the sides to bulge out of shape. I was baking four cakes so I nestled all four in a 9x13 baking pan so they would keep their shape. Baked too hot. I have made this recipe many times, and I baked the cakes for less time than called for, but the sides and bottom were still overdone. I had to run a knife around the sides to free the cake and then tear away the sides to slide my knife along the bottom to free it.
