The picture looked exactly like proof bowls I had purchased before, however this product was a much thinner plastic and has HOLES in it. It does not work well with my sourdough bread dough. Buying a look-a-like didn't work for me.

I have the smaller size of this basket and am ordering the larger size today. I have used them for 4-5 years now and have come to prefer them over my willow baskets. I bake 2-3 times a week and these can just be tossed in the dishwasher as I go. It is more difficult to remove the loaves than in a wooden basket but I've found that if I dust the loaf in addition to the basket that it releases easier. I also am careful to fold a towel under them while proofing to keep the loaf from drying out too much since they are perforated. I think this would not be a problem if you were a bakery with a proofing cabinet but I don't think most people have them at home.

I have the small baskets and find it too difficult to release the dough from the basket. My main dough is high hydration and I have tried various methods to prevent sticking, with no luck. I'm going to purchase the cane type. My large oval cane type releases the same dough with no problem.

Had this pan for 3 months. Baked a loaf of bread in the pan. After letting it cool for about 10 minutes, turned the pan upside down and gently tapped the pan with the handle of a butter knife 2 or 3 times to help get the bread out. The enamel chipped off in 2 medium sized pieces. Contacted the seller and was told the warranty does not cover my claim.

This is a nice weight for a loaf pan. I had hoped it would be a bit larger especially in the depth, but it is pretty much the standard size of most loaf pans. I am using it for meatloaf, so I was wanting it to be just a bit bigger, but it will still work. Just pile up the meat in the pan!! A great serving piece.

I love this loaf pan, very pretty and functional too. When it came I was impressed with how lightweight it is. My Paula Dean is very heavy for one hand holding and carrying. I was worried since the box was so light feeling but it came VERY wrapped, still no weight to it. Will collect other pieces to match.
