I love this pan! My oven is very strong and tends to burn things in metal pans. Imade bread in this and it baked beautilfully, and popped right out. It's easy to clean. I haven't used it for oily foods, which I heard can be a pain to clean, but for bread it's great. It's also sturdier than other silicone pans I've had.

After trying out the silicone I am not a huge fan of it. Seems like things get fluffier in the old metal pans.
