I'm not usually a fan of TV stars' product lines, but I really like this loaf pan. It was recommended by a friend, so I thought I'd give it a try. It puts a nice brown crust on my gluten free breads without making the crust so hard it is almost impossible to slice. Loaves slide right out and clean up is easy.
