We own a lot of silicone bakeware because it works well and it is easy to clean up. This loaf pan is great for making cakes, meat loaf, breads or even casseroles. Silicone cooks quickly as it heats evenly and it also cools down quickly. We always spray the interior surfaces with Pam or olive oil to help in the clean-up and to even improve the already good non-stick properties of the silicone.This loaf pan is rated to be used up to 500� F and it is approved by the FDA for use in food preparation and baking. The nice thing is that you can cook in it, serve from it and even put it into the refrigerator or freezer.We always use a cookie sheet under the loaf pan when baking and moving hot food for safety reasons.
