Searched for this smaller size bread pan because I wanted to be able to bake a smaller loaf that would not be wasted (before it went stale) since there is only my husband and me at home.

This pan is the best size for making a one pound loaf. The non-stick surface on the pan works well. I tested it by making a Black Russian Rye bread the other day and it came out of the pan with ease. This is pan is made from thick metal with rolled edges and should last a lifetime.

Excellent for the smaller loaves

Excellent construction. I always use Baker's Joy so don't know how these would work without oil. I find them the right size for things like Carrot Bread.
